How I define mine? Just as how the sun meets the shore. Going into breathtaking destinations and going out of the ordinary. This is what makes it EXTRA.
Speaking of extra, who doesn't go out this summer and dips into pools or beaches. Laguna is where most people in the south spend their swimming getaways at with a toast of late night drinks. Dark skies filled with fun. But that is what most people know.

There is this place in Cavinti, Laguna that breaks the common. A place that provides space for adventure. And that is BLOC Camp Site.
BLOC Camp Site is not a usual hotel that people check-in to, but a nature adventure camping site. Ideal place to those who want to seek for a unique experience.
Provided by BLOC Camp Site:
- Set of firewood for Bonfire (bring marshmallows to toast!)
- Set of charcoal for BBQ Grilling (bring food to grill!)
Bring the following items:
There is also glamping - an accommodation camp for two or more. Check here on my next blog more further info!
TBH, I was used on staying at hotels cause I live the life in the city. But BLOC made me like camping more than just a staycation! The feel was different here. We could camp here like it's 1972! No cameras, no phones, no Wifi, no gadgets at all. No more stressful city life. Just ourselves present, enjoying every moment together. Knowing each other more intimate than before.
Okay, so if you're curious about the city I've been going here, we transported by car from Manila to Cavinti, Laguna for two hours and a half (that includes our lunch and grocercy along the road). I thought this place is as close to Tagaytay or the front routes of Laguna. But it was way, farther! Close to Quezon actually.
It was a good ride though there was a little Baguio journey, the zigzag route and a lake that we passed through til we get to our destination. The easy device to guide your way is using Waze or Google Maps by pinning BLOC Camp Site.
We checked-in at BLOC Camp Site on 2PM and left at 12NN. Had our things prepared in between these momentous times.
So as mentioned we had lunch outside before we checked-in, we also brought some camping items on the above-mentioned along the way, and parked our car beside the camp site. Here's how I grilled some food for dinner.
We joined their event called "Who Am I" A Self-Mastery Bootcamp by CEO Philip Inno. It is a workshop that entails on how to know yourself deeply. Cause at our young stage at age in terms of career, relationship, etc., we got so many questions in life that sometimes led us to the wrong path, sometimes made us lost. Sir Philip Inno gave us some advice on how to know ourselves more, strengths, weaknesses, profession, career, ideal partner, and more.
These were finally discovered and answered during the Self-Mastery Bootcamp. It made me experience to get to know myself better cause tbh, I've been inactive on blogging lately due to anxiety and some.. heartbreak that took me a break lol but thanks to this Bootcamp for regaining the active version of myself!
Not just knowing myself, but I get to know others during the event too even with the invited Masters in the profession of Real Estate Design and Development Industries. After the event, it amazed me on how hospitable and friendly the Camp Rangers are, but also the peers we met that became friends. We get to know each other more and talk about our specialties and life offline with the view of the warm bonfire. Ah, perfect view and time at the night!
The next day, see what we've done at the activities within BLOC Camp Site at the Lake-Water!
You could enjoy each of these activities for at least an hour or three. Your time, but manage to come back in time. Thanks to the Camp Rangers for providing the Safety Life Vests and assistance.

The area at BLOC is wide actually, could be a place for team building or in big groups. A dreamy state to come true! All facilities covered, a tent, dining area, shared toilet, and events place (we could be a band as well lol) plus the IG-worthy spots are surreal to snap.
So it was time for us to check-out so we packed up our things and cleaned our area. Just a general policy when you go out of the vicinity, remember to CLAYGO (Clean As You Go). Let us help camp rangers from cleaning our mess when we could be the ones first doing it.
Had a very great time at BLOC, I'm sure you will too at a affordable reasonable price. BLOC Camp Site is definitely a place to get lost in paradise!
This is my definition of adventure. What's yours? #bloccampsite #glamping
